Honeywell is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our global operations center leading a team of operators and collaborating with cross-functional teams. As the GSOC Manager, you will use open-source material to find, research, and assess information that could indicate potential concern to Honeywell business operations and its employees.

You will create detailed reports of incidents using internal incident management reporting systems and assist in the response to larger incidents that impact Honeywell and develop protocols and practices to drive efficiency and to manage critical events.

The GSOC Manager will help to continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions.

US Perons Requirements:

MUST HAVE

  • 2+ Years of GSOC Experience.
  • Managed 3 or more employees.
  • Must be well versed in current technologies and open source search methodologies
  • Must be able to effectively and confidently disseminate information to individuals, groups, peers, clients, executives and stakeholders
  • Must be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Prepare written reports of incidents in the proper format and with correct grammar and spelling
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the 24/7 Global Security Operations Center leading a team of operators.
  • Supervise coordinated security response to reported incidents and as preventative measure.
  • Provide physical security guidance to internal stakeholders globally.
  • Keep status of site physical security infrastructure globally.
  • Address, respond and support Workplace Violence reports.
  • Supervise the writing and publication of security incident investigation reports, physical security event plans, and contingent workers strike plans to provide situational awareness and communicate risks to local sites and executive management.
  • Collect, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence to support business operations and employees operating across the globe.
  • Proactively use open source material to find, research, and assess information that could indicate a potential concern to the Honeywell SBGs, and employees
  • Supervise the monitoring of employee security worldwide in response to natural disasters and world events
