5 years working experience as a quality engineer;

Multi-national company working experience is preferred;

Fluent spoken and written English;

Familiar with 6 sigma tools;

This position has a preference for candidates from the automotive parts industry, EMS manufacturers for automotive electronics, and the new energy battery industry.

Perform day-to-day production line quality monitoring, lead layer audit, track improvement actions;

RMA analysis, response for customer complaints, lead 8D activities and summarize 8D reports;

Host customer audits, visit customers for face to face customer communications;

Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product lunches to meet customer requirements.

Participate in the Advanced Product Quality Planning activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement systems during new tool or process design and startup.

Participate in the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plan(CP), Maintain Control Plans throughout the life of the part.

Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action.

Lead PPM improvement plan for strategic customers.
