As an IT Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will step into a pivotal role within our Information Technology function. You will report directly to our IT Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by driving technology strategies and projects that align with business objectives. Your expertise will lead to data-informed decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and directly contributing to the organization's technology roadmap.

• YOU MUST HAVE- 6 years of experience in IT analysis or related roles.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

• Experience with IT project management methodologies and tools.

• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
