You will work on assignments with real business impact, learning how to leverage contemporary technologies to achieve business results, gaining relevant work experience, interacting with multiple IT stakeholders including IT leadership, and building your knowledge of how to succeed in Honeywell’s complex work environment. Additionally, you will join our community of diverse, early-career IT professionals and former interns who will share their experiences, offer guidance, and provide mentorship throughout the summer. Interns gain a variety of skills and experience by working on individual assignments and one group project. During the group project, interns will collaborate on a project to be presented to leadership at the end of the summer. In addition to the projects, the internship will provide ample opportunities for networking, professional development, skill building, and fun!

• Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end-users to define business requirements.

• Conduct research on software products and solutions to make quality IT recommendations.

• Participate in design sessions, prototyping solutions for enhancing IT business processes

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, User Experience Design, or a similar field of study.

• English proficiency.

• Must attain a bachelor’s degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
