Must-Haves:

• Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
• 3+ years of experience in leading projects or teams within the aerospace or automotive manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in manufacturing methods, productivity tools, and SAP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in the use of RCCA methodology to identify root causes and resolve problems.
• Commitment to ensuring production employees comply with HSE corporate policies and regulations.
• Shift Hours: Any Shift, Monday through Friday. Subject to change based on business needs.

We Value:

• 5+ years of experience in a production or people leader role within the aerospace industry.
• CNC Machining background or experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience in driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage 25 to 50 production employees.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
