You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in our Aerospace business.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in project management, project engineering or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of software lifecycle processes and certification standards such as DO-178C
- Familiarity with safety-critical systems and certification processes (e.g., DAL levels, FAA/EASA compliance)
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, DOORS NG, Bitbucket and configuration management system
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical deliverables
- Familiarity with software verification and validation, including test planning and execution
