YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• 4+ years in project engineering or systems engineering

• Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment

• 2 + years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)

• Experience enhancing customer relationships

• Program management skills

• Ability to effectively manage risks and opportunities

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools

• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events

• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
