Lead Executive Assistant to VP
At Honeywell, we are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Lead Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support — it is instrumental in driving executive effectiveness, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment.
Reporting directly to the VP, Finance Business Analysis & Planning, this position operates from our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid schedule and plays a critical role in enabling leadership impact across the business.
This is a high-visibility opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and brings sound judgment, discretion, and executive presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues.

Own and optimize complex executive calendars, aligning priorities with business objectives.

Coordinate high-level meetings across leaders, functions, and time zones, ensuring seamless execution.

Manage domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and expense coordination with precision.

Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications with exceptional quality and professionalism.

Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership with confidence and discretion.

Drive follow-through on action items and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.

Support strategic initiatives, leadership projects, and special assignments.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 or more years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority demands with exceptional organizational skills.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
