Now Honeywell Security Solutions R&D is offering opportunities for Senior Advanced Hardware Engineer
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree with 10 years on computer Science, EE or Communication.
- At least 10-years solid experience HW designing, especially in RFID, wireless and mobile communication domain.
- Technology leading experience on product development from initial definition to mass production.
- Rich experience on EMC design and issue investigation.
- Rich experience in device solution design, simulation and test such as 5G, BLE, UWB, Wi-Fi, Sub 1GHz RF, 125k Hz/13.56 RFID.
- Rich experience on high speed digital and analog circuit performance test and reliability test.
- Rich experience and full knowledge on IOT product development, and industry technology trend.
- Mentor graphic simulation, schematic design, PCB layout experience is preferred;
- Industry level or automotive level products design, test, certification experience is preferred;
- GB, EN, UL security and fire regulation experience is preferred;
- Experience on ODM/OEM/JDM implementation is preferred;
- Understand agile software development spirit; Experience in agile software development is plus;
- Good English/Chinese communication skill is necessary;
- Good team spirit;
- Open mind and fast learning.

You will take role as Senior Advanced Hardware Engineer, using your advanced knowledge of the hardware engineering discipline, processes and tools to help Honeywell security business deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's Advanced communication _ security device products by designing, testing and/or validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.
Responsibilities will include:
- Be an active Engineering leading role new product development, including requirement analysis, feasibility study, architecture design, software implementation, testing and debugging
- Develop advanced communication device product based on the alignment with stakeholders worldwide, e.g. regulatory, quality, manufacturing, sourcing, marketing etc.
- Take ownership of mentioned products for maintenance in lifetime from Engineering perspective.
- Work with external ODM/JDM supplier and/or 3rd party vendor/agency to develop product.
- Drive Honeywell advanced communication product technical roadmap and innovation
