You will report directly to our Internal Audit Manager and you’ll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of the company's internal controls and risk management processes. Your guidance will help identify and mitigate risks, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in internal audit or related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
- Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, standards, and practices.
- Experience in conducting audits in a global, multi-national organization.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan.
- Lead and manage internal audit projects, including scoping, planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.
