You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location with an Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations, contributing to the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the manufacturing engineering team in optimizing production processes and improving product quality.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
  • Experience with process improvement tools such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
