We are looking for an ambitious and driven Honeywell Aerospace – Transformation Analyst. This role will report to the **Sr. Director Transformation for Aerospace **with broad opportunity to develop and demonstrate process knowledge & leadership skills, while playing an instrumental role in the success of the company. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance performance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Analyst, preferably in Transformation or Change Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Program/project management, process development, or related area
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • SAP, Microsoft Tools experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Global cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Proven experience on continues improvement, and understanding of Honeywell processes and workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree in process optimization, project management, operations management or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to derive insights and recommendations.
  • Support workshops and training sessions to educate teams on best practices and transformation methodologies.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition during transformation projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to transformation and operational efficiency.
