• Technical Support Specialist – 12 months paid contract (Hybrid work)

Location: Gdansk, PL

We have an opportunity for a Intern Tech Support Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Gdansk, where you will be responsible for working with the QA team on developing CI/CD environment for the On Guard product and testing new product features. This paid Internship is a part of our University Relations program, designed to help students launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This internship is set up for 12 months, starting from June/July 2026.

You will learn how intrusion systems operate and how to analyze logs and technical data; how to provide customer support via phone/email and follow support processes; how to troubleshoot issues, replicate problems, and work with expert teams.

This is hybrid work 3+2! (3 days from office + 2 days from home).

Responsibilities:

• Support the Intrusion Systems team with daily technical tasks and first-level troubleshooting

• Assist in analyzing system logs, diagnosing issues, and replicating customer scenarios

• Communicate with customers to gather information and provide timely updates

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical problems efficiently

• Work under expert guidance to gain hands-on experience in system support and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• Undergoing or having finished a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Basic electrician knowledge, understanding of low-voltage or security systems and network fundamentals (IP, LAN)

• English & German level: comfortable communicating in English & German in both written and spoken

• Naturally curious and a proactive problem solver, approaching tasks with a methodical and consistent mindset

• Well-organized and capable of managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and support team objectives

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook; quick to learn new software and systems
