As a Senior Credit Analyst here at Honeywell, you will manage credit risk, ensure timely receivables collection, and develop credit risk strategies. Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to assess creditworthiness and set credit limits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information

• Establish and review credit limits for customers based on risk assessment

• Monitor credit exposure and take proactive measures to mitigate credit risk

• Review and approve credit terms and conditions for new and existing customers

• Collaborate with sales teams to assess credit risk for new business opportunities

• Manage the collections process and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices

• Resolve customer disputes and negotiate payment plans when necessary

• Maintain accurate and Up ToDate credit records and documentation

• Provide regular reports and analysis on credit risk and collections performance to management

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit management or a related role.

• Profound knowledge of credit risk assessment and credit control practices.

• Experience in evaluating creditworthiness and establishing credit limits.

• Proficiency in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements.

• Strong understanding of credit terms and conditions.

• Ability to analyze credit reports and other relevant financial information.

• Exceptional negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.

• Impeccable attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Proficiency in using credit management software and tools.

We Value:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional certification in credit management (e.g., Certified Credit Executive).

• Experience in managing credit risk in a global or multinational organization.

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to credit management.

• Proven experience in implementing credit management best practices and process improvements.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in using data analytics and reporting tools for credit management.
