You will report directly to our Credit Director and you’ll work out of our Mexicali location on a onsite work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years proven experience in credit management or a related role
  • Fluent English
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and credit control practices
  • Experience in evaluating creditworthiness and establishing credit limits
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements
  • Excellent understanding of credit terms and conditions
  • Ability to analyze credit reports and other relevant financial information
  • Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using credit management software and tools

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification in credit management (e.g., Certified Credit Executive)
  • Experience in managing credit risk in a global or multinational organization
