As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in Industrial Automation, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure solution implementation, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide value-added services to Honeywell customers.

  • Ability to schedule and plan periodic maintenance service to contract customer base on service contract requirement.

  • Lead a team of technicians to perform the periodic maintenance service and attend to customer’s spot call.

  • Maintain and establish a good working relationship with the customer.

  • To do project management for alteration, additions or retrofit works on service site.

  • Propose small work quotation for customer and carried out the proposed work on acceptance.

  • Support sales on technical requirement of maintenance or retrofit sites, and including basic costing of job.

  • Assist project manager on big scale project to execute the project smoothly, on-time and on budget.

  • Adhered strictly to the Honeywell HSE policy and requirements.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years of work-related project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security field preferred, with project and logical knowledge in ACMV/HVAC/FAS/Security system control logic
  • Related work experience and relevant knowledge of BMS, FAS, CCTV and Security systems will be considered
  • Building Safety Supervisor Certification (preferred)
  • SCEM (preferred)
