As a Sr Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible with the continuous improvement of product quality throughout the organization and coordination of the registration, analysis, and resolution of product quality issues, as well as monitoring and analyzing quality indicators. You will report directly to our **Sr Quality Control Manager,**and you’ll work out of our Lugoj, Timis location on an **On-Site **work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve product quality by monitoring and analyzing product and production process quality, investigating the causes of defects, and planning, implementing, and supervising corrective actions.

• Coordinate the inspection of materials, semi-finished products, and non-conforming products.

• Calculate and periodically reports quality indicators.

• Implement, maintain and develop activities related to recording quality problems.

• Conduct internal audits, act as an auditor/co-auditor, and supervise the implementation of corrective actions.

• Collaborate with relevant departments at the product's originating location (external to Lugoj) on quality matters.

• Block materials/semi-finished products/products that present quality deficiencies.

• Propose corrective and improvement measures for all existing processes within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, electrical engineering or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Quality

• Familiarity with quality management systems

• Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite ( Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proficiency in English
