As a Senior Director Network Engineering here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead a dynamic team focused on driving innovation and excellence in our network engineering practices. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our network infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with our strategic business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
You will report directly to our IT leadership and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our network systems, enabling seamless communication and connectivity across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in advancing our technological capabilities and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.

You Must Have
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- 8 or more years of progressive experience in network engineering and IT leadership roles, including 5 or more years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing complex network infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, performance optimization, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with network management tools and technologies, including SD-WAN, firewalls, and routing protocols.

- Drive solution engineering projects to improve data movement performance for large data sets in our product engineering teams.
