As a Lead Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will drive the success of end-to-end supply chain initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire project life cycle, from meticulous planning and execution to vigilant monitoring. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is integral to identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.

Your analytical expertise will be key in dissecting supply chain data and metrics to unearth trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. The development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets will be under your purview, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.

  • Strong project management skills. PMP Certification preferred.

  • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function.

  • Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
