As a Director of Sales within Honeywell Building Management Systems, you will develop targeted sales strategies, manage end-to-end sales operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Phoenix Controls customers. YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10 years of experience in sales

  • At least 5 years of experience managing teams or in a leadership/managerial role

Experience in building automation, building management systems (BMS), valve actuators, or HVAC controls.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong background in sales management, especially in niche or technical sales environments.

  • Pharmaceuticals & Hospitals experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.
