We are seeking a skilled SCADA & PLC Engineer to configure, test and qualify the application developed on Honeywell Experion SCADA systems. The role involves integrating multiple PLC platforms, developing communication protocols, and ensuring system reliability through validation of safety interlocks and redundancy features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Honeywell Experion SCADA systems.
• Strong skillset on Python, MATLAB, Simulink to develop simulation environment
• Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
• Experience in system validation, safety interlocks, and redundancy testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with industrial automation standards and best practices.

• Experience in large-scale industrial projects (oil & gas, power, manufacturing, etc.).

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Configure & test Honeywell Experion SCADA systems.

• Integrate various PLC platforms including Honeywell, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, and others with SCADA systems.

• Integrate various honeywell Hitech products with PLC & Experion SCADA system to enable validation.

• Develop honeywell Hitech products simulation environment to test the load handling of Experion SCADA system

• Develop and implement communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, and Profibus for seamless data exchange.

• Validate system functionality, safety interlocks, and redundancy features to ensure operational reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation processes and system performance.

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SCADA and PLC systems.

• Document configurations, procedures, and system changes for compliance and knowledge sharing.
