You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, leading and conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. You will be part of the broader Corporate Strategy team and work out of our Phoenix, AZ, location on a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications Must Have

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, consulting, private equity, finance or related roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data and information
• Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategies
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven experience in competitive intelligence analysis and market research
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using strategic planning tools and software

• Lead the development and execution of the annual STRAP process, working closely with senior leadership and business units to define strategic objectives, goals, and initiatives

Conduct competitive intelligence analysis:
