AUDIT/REGULATORY/TRAINING
In this role, you will impact the overall compliance and training posture of our organization, enabling us to operate efficiently while minimizing risks associated with non-compliance.
You will report directly to the Director of Trade Compliance, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee understanding of compliance requirements.

Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, strategies, and methodologies to assess risk.

Identify, document, and report compliance gaps and risks to senior management.

Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance and support on audit and regulatory matters.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in audit, regulatory compliance, or training operations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex regulations and translate them into actionable training programs.
- Familiarity with compliance management software and audit tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience in a compliance or training role within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to articulate complex findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
