AUDIT/REGULATORY/TRAINING

In this role, you will impact the overall compliance and training posture of our organization, enabling us to operate efficiently while minimizing risks associated with non-compliance.

You will report directly to the Director of Trade Compliance, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee understanding of compliance requirements.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, strategies, and methodologies to assess risk.

  • Identify, document, and report compliance gaps and risks to senior management.

  • Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance and support on audit and regulatory matters.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in audit, regulatory compliance, or training operations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze complex regulations and translate them into actionable training programs.
  • Familiarity with compliance management software and audit tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience in a compliance or training role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
