YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience with financial software and tools, such as Excel, SAP, or similar ERP systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead AOP (annual operating plan), quarterly forecasts and monthly SRO(Short Range Outlook), ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Analyze revenue, cost, margin and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; Prepare financial reports and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams(Sales, Marketing, Operation) to monitor spending, evaluate variances, support business initiatives with financial insights and ensure financial discipline across the organization.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, pricing analysis and long‑term strategic planning.
