YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in facilities support or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management best practices and safety regulations.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot facility-related issues.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus.
