As a Compensation Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving strategy to ensure a performance-driven, market-competitive, fair, and compliant compensation and benefits program. You will be the expert on compensation policies and procedures, enabling HR to better support the business.
In this role, you will impact the organization by developing and implementing compensation policies, providing technical expertise, measuring and reporting on compensation data, and supporting the businesses in complex situations.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in regional compensation and benefits roles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation policies
- Provide technical expertise and support to HR and business leaders
- Measure and report on compensation data
- Monitor market trends through surveys and networking
- Review and approve job and compensation changes
- Educate and train the HR team on compensation matters
- Develop tools and processes to support HR with compensation matters
- Ensure consistent application of pay philosophy and drive a payforperformance culture
