You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Barueri location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our customers' operations by delivering exceptional technical support and service.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
