You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide the team in the design and build of solutions from the initial kick-off through negotiating and development, test and production phases, allowing you to expand your leadership skills and be involved with innovative technologies. You will also play a key role in architecting solutions that not only enhance operational efficiency but also contribute to safer, more fuel-efficient aircrafts.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

• University education majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience in leadership role with proven track of leading teams to successful project delivery with significant engineering experience and proficiency in Java + Spring Boot or Node.js + TypeScript (NestJS) for backend development, ReactJS + TypeScript for frontend roles.

• Fluent command of English language.

• Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness, even in the face of complexity.

• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done. A strong collaborative approach, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

• Re-architect and transform applications into scalable microservices

• Design and build scalable systems utilizing microservices architecture. Deploy applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes. Develop APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchanges.

• Architect secure data management solutions with an emphasis on compliance and data security standards within a zero-trust framework using PostgreSQL and SQL Server as well as NoSQL databases.
