As a Sr. IT Analyst in Hardware Asset Management, you will play a key role in driving the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT assets that power our business worldwide. You’ll support procurement, financial analysis, invoicing, and asset management processes, ensuring seamless execution and world-class service for our internal customers.

This is a highly visible, analytical role where your insights will directly influence key IT strategies, process improvements, and global initiatives. You’ll collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams around the world and help champion best practices, sustainability, and operational excellence.

You Must Have:

  • BS or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field
  • Knowledge of IT Hardware, Software, and related services
  • Negotiation skills with fluency in contracts
  • Financial and data analysis capability
  • Background with cross functional role involving multiple internal departments
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Precision, attention to detail, and strong follow-through
  • Ability to make sound judgements and decisions using experience and logic
  • Prioritization and Management skills to navigate deliverables from multiple projects
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet customer and project timelines
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise / global networks in high paced diverse environment
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in SAP, Ivalua, Splunk and Power BI
  • Experience with dashboards creation
  • Business or Finance Degrees
  • Procurement background
  • Leasing experience in IT field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with leasing/purchasing assets for internal projects through UID process.
  • Manage, track, and optimize inventory of hardware and components with high accuracy.
  • Support project teams by coordinating efficient and compliant equipment disposal and returns.
  • Manage lease schedule back-end process / amendments tied to equipment returns.
  • Build strong relationships and maintain seamless communication with vendors and return teams to ensure timely prioritization and execution.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Accounting to facilitate purchase order approvals, goods receipt creation, and payment confirmation.
  • Forge and maintain trusted relationships with internal customers and external suppliers
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to troubleshoot and resolve vendor disputes.
