Knowledge & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, plus 5+ years of experience in Credit, Financial Analysis, or Customer‑to‑Cash.
• Strong credit analysis expertise, including interpretation of external credit agency reports and customer financial statements.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability, with experience training or guiding business professionals.
• Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills with solid proficiency in SAP.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly across functions and regions.

Preferable Characteristics

• Experience in senior or team‑lead roles within C2C, Finance, or Business functions.
• 3+ years in a Shared Service Center or Center of Excellence, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Strong end‑to‑end understanding of the Customer‑to‑Cash (C2C) process.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement background.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in structured, process‑driven, and performance‑oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of credit analysts in EMEA and APAC evaluating credit risk, preparing clear credit recommendations, setting credit limits, and ensuring annual reviews for top accounts are completed on time.
• Maintain strong governance & controls by enforcing Credit Policy, SOX requirements and acting as the focal point for internal/external audits.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely and accurate ERP/account‑setting updates, delivering high‑quality reports, and proactively monitoring credit deterioration.
• Partner cross‑functionally with collections, sales, finance, customer excellence, and master data teams to deliver outstanding internal customer experience.
• Champion improvement & development through digital transformation support, process enhancements, team training, and ad‑hoc strategic project involvement.
