We’re looking for a talented** Senior BMS/HVAC Engineer (Estimator experience preferred) **to join our ambitious Proposal & Estimation Team - a place where your expertise makes a real difference and your ideas don’t go unnoticed. In this key role, you’ll translate customer requirements, drawings, and technical specifications into accurate and competitive cost estimates for forward-thinking HVAC and BMS projects. With your strong attention to detail, you’ll ensure every assumption, exclusion, and deviation is clearly defined, setting our proposals up for success. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do - you’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, helping to deliver projects that shape healthier, smarter, and more sustainable environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering

  • Previous experience in **BMS estimation – big plus **

  • +5 years of experience as HVAC/BMS Engineer

  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; experience with drawing and submittal tools

  • Strong English communication skills (mid/high level), Romanian native speaker

  • Solution-oriented, technically minded, and able to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
