As a Senior HR Project Manager here at Honeywell, (internally titled ______) you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing HR initiatives and projects at Honeywell. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex HR projects, programs, and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and achievement of desired outcomes.

You will report directly to our title and you’ll work out of our City, State location on a Hybrid, On-site, Remote work schedule.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will provide strategic guidance and insights on HR project management, helping to shape the future of the organization and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.

As a people leader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. As a key leader, you will continuously work to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR project management or a related role.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex HR projects and initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations

  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Conduct postproject evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement
