You will report directly to our Payroll Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell by contributing to the efficiency of payroll operations and enhancing employee satisfaction through accurate payroll processing.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Relevant experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in payroll or HR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced English level is required.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
