You will report directly to our Program Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our SAP systems, enabling the Aerospace division to meet its strategic goals and enhance customer satisfaction through improved processes and data management.

YOU MUST HAVE

• At least 6 years of experience in SAP program management or related field.

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

• The ability to gather fragmented information and build a cohesive, actionable plan.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Expert-level experience using JIRA or similar platforms for tracking requirements and project milestones.

• Experience in the aerospace industry and understanding of its specific challenges and requirements.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize SAP initiatives that drive operational improvements and business growth.

• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution of challenges.

• Partner with functional SMEs to analyze and document business requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that system designs meet the operational needs of diverse departments.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT technical team.

• Synthesizing complex data. Take technical information and create a clear, unified vision for stakeholders at all levels.

• Leverage your familiarity with SAP modules and technical terminology to audit and verify that the delivered solutions align with the original business intent.

• Use Project Management tools to meticulously track requirements and progress.
