As a Senior Product Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting a team of production personnel to ensure the efficient and effective execution of production processes. Your expertise will drive the successful transition from product design to production, by focusing on the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Lancaster, PA location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the optimization of manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and driving cost-effectiveness, ensuring top-quality products and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 6+ years of experience in product manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test systems and test fixtures.
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes and techniques, with a focus on process optimization.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.

WE VALUE

  • Advanced Engineering degrees like SE (Software Engineering), EE (Electrical Engineering), or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or test engineering.
  • 5+ years in electronics test support.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality in manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of electronics, embedded systems, sensors, or electromechanical systems.
  • Experience analyzing test data and implementing process improvements.
