In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations by supporting the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting in project execution, and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment such as building integration equipment, CCTV and access control system

• Prepare the shop drawings and application projects

• Carry out design works, programming of HVAC Controllers, Fire Panels, Access Control Panels

• Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients.

• Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed.

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, IT, Automation Engineering, or a related field

• HVAC knowledge/building automation/energy

• PLC/DDC basic knowledge – programming and functionalities

• English proficiency is necessary. English on conversational level is also important as you will use it regularly
