As a Sr. HSE Engineer–Operational Systems & Execution here at Honeywell, you will support site-level execution of administrative HSE documentation and process standardization across multiple sites. You’ll act as a conduit to the Compliance & Governance team for technical work, ensuring proper intake, routing, and recordkeeping. In addition, assists with Industrial Hygiene program work and may also serve as a temporary fill-in for missing HSE roles at a site, ensuring continuity of documentation and compliance workflows.

You will report directly to our Director HSE and you’ll work 100% onsite at our Phoenix, AZ and Tempe, AZ facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update site HSE documentation (e.g., SOPs, audits, compliance logs)

  • Coordinate intake and routing of technical compliance tasks to the Governance team

  • Support and maintain Intelex applications to help sites manage their HSE management systems

  • Assist with the creation and implementation of site level MOS and execution of operational tools for the HSE Management System.

  • Ensure alignment with Honeywell HSEMS and HSEPS standards

  • Provide interim coverage for site HSE roles when needed

  • Travel requirement: up to 50% (US/Canada)

  • Relocation support may be provided

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3 years or more in HSE documentation or systems support
  • Minimum of 1 years of hands-on HSE experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to document and track all direct time charges to projects

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field
  • Familiarity with Intelex or other HSE SaaS systems, Share Point
  • Experience with ISO-like HSE Management Systems and successful site level execution of HSE tools.
  • Understanding of structured intake models and compliance routing
