As an Event Manager, you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable and impactful experiences that elevate our brand and engage our audience. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing a wide range of events, from product launches and trade shows to corporate gatherings and promotional campaigns. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in ensuring seamless event logistics, while your creativity will shine through in crafting unique and compelling experiences. By effectively aligning events with our marketing goals, you'll play a key role in driving brand recognition, enhancing customer relationships, and ultimately contributing to our marketing success

You will report directly to our title and you’ll work out of our City, State location on a Hybrid, On-site, Remote work schedule.

By creating memorable and engaging experiences, you will strengthen our customer relationships, drive brand recognition, and ultimately help us achieve our marketing objectives. Your meticulous attention to detail and creative touch will ensure that our events leave a lasting impression and serve as powerful marketing tools. Your role is pivotal in our company's journey towards continued growth and success, making it a highly valuable position within our organization.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Knowledge of marketing ethics and strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop event strategies and objectives
  • Manage event budgets, including vendor negotiations and cost tracking
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and event setup
  • Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement
  • Manage event registration, attendee communication, and postevent followup
  • Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement
