We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong GenAI and DevOps engineering experience. You will contribute to CI/CD modernization, intelligent automation, AI‑based impact analysis, infrastructure‑as‑code, platform engineering, and reliability improvements across our development ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and extend AI‑based automation including impact analysis, code intelligence, and workflow agents.

Enhance and maintain GitHub‑based CI/CD pipelines, reusable workflows, and secure artifact release processes.

Implement Dev Sec Ops tooling integrations (SAST, SCA, security gates, build quality controls).
-
Contribute to developer enablement tools like Co Pilot, MCP integrations, build systems, and automation frameworks.
-
Support cloud‑based infrastructure automation (IaC, Git Ops, Azure environments).
-
Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver deliverables on schedule.
-
Ensure strong documentation, maintainability, and adherence to Honeywell engineering standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
-
5+ years of software engineering experience.
-
Strong experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Dev Sec Ops tools.
-
Working knowledge of GenAI for automation – LLMs, code intelligence, AI workflows, AI Agents/ Tools creation.

Extensive knowledge in Python

Skilled in creating and launching tailored AI Agents, MCP servers.
-
Cloud experience (Azure preferred along with Vertex AI) and familiarity with containers.
