We are growing our Full-Stack development team in Krakow. We are currently looking for an engineer who would like to support us in this journey.

Your role will involve building modern apps for aviation systems – private aircraft fleets, satellite broadband, and tools for pilots, enhancing scalable microservices-oriented applications that drive best-in-class services, including the Performance and Maintenance Recommendations.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Honeywell Aerospace products and services are used on virtually every commercial, defense, and space aircraft. We build aircraft engines, cockpit and cabin electronics, wireless connectivity systems, mechanical components. Our hardware and software solutions help create more fuel-efficient aircraft, more direct and on-time flights and safer skies.

• University education majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot or Node.js, TypeScript (NestJS) for backend development, ReactJS, TypeScript for frontend roles.
• Interest in learning and working on both backend and frontend over time.
• Experience with SQL (Elastic, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL(Mongo) databases.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or similar.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern web application architecture is a plus.
• A strong collaborative approach, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

• Legacy Application Migration: Re-architect and transform monolithic applications into scalable microservices, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Cloud-Native Development: Design and build scalable systems utilizing microservices architecture. Deploy applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes. Develop APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchanges.
