KEY RESONSIBILITIES

• Connect customers to Honeywell Cloud

• Sentience for data-driven service delivery (Forge for Buildings);

• Configure Honeywell Analytics platform for fault detection of connected buildings for Honeywell customers.

• Configuration of Forge for Buildings portfolio products

• Configuration of Forge for Buildings web interfaces for Honeywell customers

• Providing technical support to the field and central teams

• Remote configuration of the FC Box to link to the building's BMS system and connection to Honeywell Cloud

• Collecting data present in the BMS using different connectivity methods and sending it to the cloud

• Configuring the building model in the cloud to activate products from Forge for Buildings Portfolio (Digitized Maintenance, Energy Optimization, Centralized Control, Asset 360, Healty Buildings)

• Loading the building model into Honeywell Analytics

• Configuring Honeywell Analytics and the other products in the Forge for Buildings Portfolio

• Provide technical support to branches and district

• Highlight any training requirements and provide details to manager

• Create reports and support where required

• Maintain relationships with clients and site technicians

• Build trusting relationships with customers, field technicians and other functions

Qualifications:

• HVAC knowledge/building automation/energy

• Analytical skills in a technical environment.

• IT and programming skills

• Strong written and verbal English language skills

• PLC/DDC basic knowledge – programming and functionalities

• Networking and remote connectivity knowledge

• Team working skills

• Office 365 basic knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
