As a Sales support admin apprentice here at Honeywell, you will gain valuable experience in the estimation process while supporting the team in determining project costs and pricing strategies. This internship is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills and contribute to the organization's growth and profitability.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Spain location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of project bids, helping to ensure that our proposals are competitive and aligned with market standards.
- Recently graduated or pursuing last year of Business Management or Formación Profesional.
- Understanding of estimation processes and construction methods
- English Proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret Project plans and specifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Assist in the estimation process for various projects, ensuring accuracy and timelines
- Support sales team in daily administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements and develop cost estimates
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify scope and potential risk
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and reports for managers to review
- Support the evaluation of subcontractor bids and proposals to ensure competitiveness
- Maintain and update estimation database and historical cost data for future reference
- Assist in the development of projects schedules and timelines related to cost estimation
