This role is responsible for defining product roadmaps, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless integration of AI and data capabilities across enterprise systems to create measurable business value.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Product Manager / CPO with strong AI / ML Background
- Experience in data science, classical AI and generative AI solutions. Experience in Databricks and Snowflake preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 15 plus years of experience in IT architecture, data engineering, and AI solution design.
- Proven track record in enterprise integration and product lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct leadership to a team of managers and technical experts, setting clear expectations, developing talent, and driving a high‑performance culture across the organization.
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Design, develop, and own product roadmaps for AI and Data products aligned with business strategy.
- Vision & Value Creation: Define vision and deliver measurable value through AI and Data-driven solutions.
- Solution Architecture Design: Architect integrated solutions with robust data pipelines connecting enterprise systems such as ERP, SFDC, and PLM.
- Concept-to-Solution Ownership: Drive initiatives from ideation through deployment ensuring scalability and performance.
- AI Registry & CMDB Management: Maintain AI registry and configuration management database for governance and compliance.
- Integrated User Experience: Design seamless user experiences across AI and Data platforms for intuitive adoption.
