You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our San Diego, CA location with an onsite work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least six (6) years of experience in metrology or calibration within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of measurement standards, calibration techniques, and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience with calibration tools and software, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in metrology or calibration.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior technicians.
  • Experience with advanced callibration technologies and methodologies.

The salary range for this position is $80,155 - $100,165. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education, training, key skills as well as market business conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform complex calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment and instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement calibration procedures and protocols to enhance measurement accuracy and reliability.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives by conducting audits and assessments of measurement systems and processes.
