The Lead Customer Marketing Specialist at Honeywell plays a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer and you’ll work out of our CDMX location on a Hybrid, work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team
- Dynamic and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Relative experience in the industry

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)
- Passion for driving channel growth and maximizing sales opportunities
- Proven track record of developing successful channel marketing programs

- Accountable to drive vertical demand generation activities and results in partnership with vertical marketing leaders
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Create and manage marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events, partnership with the marketing shared services
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Serve as a marketing business partner for the regional general manager
