YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience performing research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and project management.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles.
• Experience with experimental design and data analysis tools.

The annual base salary range for this position in Minneapolis, MN is $88,800 - $111,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
