As a Sr IT Analyst SAP S/4 Order to Cash here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in setting up a new SAP S/4HANA instance for our Order to Cash processes. Your expertise will be essential in configuring the system to meet our business needs and ensuring seamless integration across various business units.

You will report directly to our IT Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA (or SAP ECC with S/4HANA transformation exposure).
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end O2C processes and integration with Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Proven ability to work as a senior individual contributor in complex, global ERP environments.

  • At least5 years of IT experience with strong functional expertise in SAP Order‑to‑Cash.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation or rollout programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working effectively with global business and technical teams

  • Partner with Aerospace business stakeholders to analyze requirements, document functional designs, and deliver scalable SAP S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash solutions.
  • Configure, support, and optimize SAP S/4HANA O2C functionality in alignment with global standard processes and Honeywell’s fit‑to‑standard strategy.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA deployments, enhancements, and ongoing operations, including testing, defect resolution, and release activities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Data, Integration) to ensure end‑to‑end process integrity.
  • Provide production support and root‑cause analysis to ensure system stability and business continuity.
