Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance

• Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

• Provide guidance and support to junior learning specialists

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related field
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and utilizing data to drive improvements.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
