You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will provide foundational support to engineering teams by assisting with project coordination and tracking, documentation, and driving improvements in our support processes. This role serves as a bridge between various departments to ensure seamless engineering operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aid engineers by troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation including manuals, reports, and technical drawings.

  • Support project activities, help in resource coordination, and track project progress.

  • Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and other departments to facilitate smooth project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing enhancements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.

  • Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with program and project planning, as well as management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
